• The property is part of a greater community of private properties that:

1. Share access to a private newly built, sea deck (58 sp. meters). The sea dock is only available for touch and go sea transfers, which the client or the villa managers may reserve at an extra cost.  The use of the sea dock is only available at the presence of the villa personnel and any other use is strictly prohibited.
2. Enjoy professional guarding service 7 days per week, at night (22:00-06:00).

• In the ground floor there is an independent staff house* with a private entrance, including the laundry room, 2 bedrooms (8 people), each with 1 ensuite bathroom, a large kitchen, a separate living room, and a storage room. The staff house is not part of the proposition to clients, who will not have access to this area and vice versa since it’s used as a residence for the Owners employees. With a prior agreement, the staff house can be offered for the sole use of the client, at an extra cost.
