MAIN HOUSE

Bedroom 1: A master king-size bedroom with a private en- suite bath and three adjacent outdoor terraces. The open-concept design of the ground floor flows from the fully equipped kitchen to the elegant living room, flanked by a dining room that seats 12-14 guests and featuring its own internal courtyard. An additional room combines an office gazing out to the pool and sea combined with a cleverly conceived fold-away gym combo--ensuring a seamless switch between work, workouts, and relaxation in the dedicated outdoor garden space accessed by a sliding door. And when it's time to unwind, the large-screen home cinema on the lower ground floor offers the ultimate movie night experience. A large laundry room, wine cellar, and staff bedroom with two additional single beds are also included on this floor.

At its heart is a conversation pit that seats up to 20, creating an inviting space for cocktails or post-dinner chillout. The main outdoor living room comfortably accommodates 10, while the dining area, perfect for al fresco meals, seats up to 14. Lounge chairs are spread throughout the property, ensuring every guest can enjoy the sun or find a spot in the shade.
