Lower Ground Floor:

• One large south-facing bedroom with a king-sized bed and an auxiliary foldable sofa bed, direct access to a “cour anglaise” porch surrounded by a lush garden.
• Guest WC with shower.
• Storage and extended laundry facilities.
• Accommodation for up to two live-in personnel.

Guest House:

• King-sized bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchenette, laundry facilities, and ensuite bathroom. Located 60 meters east of the main villa, connected by a stone-built pathway but separated by a stone-built wall and dense trees and bushes. Features a secluded garden and outside sitting area. Can be rented separately or kept vacant upon request.

Outdoor Areas:

• Large veranda on the first floor (about 45 sq. meters).
• Very large veranda on the ground floor with two separate sitting areas, one equipped with home cinema facilities (about 500 sq. meters in total).
