The luxurious Villa Deniz is distinguished by its coveted designs and elevated status that redefine the concept of open-area living.

Villa Deniz offers spectacular views of the Agios Sostis churches and the island of Vous, combined with all the seclusion you could ever desire.

Its special location capitalizes on the glorious sunrises, which you can gaze at directly from your bed. The outside terrace leads to a large swimming pool area equipped with comfortable beds and a BBQ.

Villa Deniz is built with the color grey and rocks as it matches perfectly with the rocky scenery of the area and becomes one with the landscape.

Layout

MAIN HOUSE

The main house consists of two different levels.

On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms that make you feel the elegance of minimalism. Each bedroom has a double bed overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea, and both have access to a terrace.

The third bedroom has a double bed with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. From these rooms, you can watch the sunrise from your bed as you open your eyes.

On the ground level, you have a large master room with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace.

You can make yourself comfortable in the living room area, the kitchen, and the dining area with a large TV.

The amazing sea view from the living room/kitchen will dominate your vision while you enjoy all of your meals. From this floor, you have direct access to the astonishingly large swimming pool, which makes you feel as if you are one with the sea.

At the main entrance level, there is an office desk with a PC and a printer, and a well-equipped gym with a rowing machine, Pilates balls, weights (1-10 kg x 2), elastic bands, and a stationary bicycle.

GUEST HOUSE

An independent guest house beside the pool area which can accommodate up to 2 guests. A bedroom with double bed offers you an excellent sunrise view, the bedroom has en suite bathrooms- it also offers a fully equipped kitchen.
