The villa features a private pool with a large, shaded pergola for outdoor sitting, dinning, BBQ ideal for entertaining guests. The patio area of the house is very spacious with breathtaking views. Blossoming Mediterranean flaura such as thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender, and diverse other types of local flaura such as olive trees comprise the garden of the villa and surrounding common areas. The villa has a spacious living room with formal dining space and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The interior is tastefully furnished with wooden traditional pieces and soft colors keeping a minimal style concurrently giving a relaxed feeling and flow to the house. The pergola and outdoor area are equipped with sunbeds, a large outdoor dining area, complemented by a “prep-area” ideal for entertaining guests.

When rented along with neighboring Villa Fedra I, Villa Fedra II is an ideal location for two families or a large party looking for adjacent properties each with their own private outdoor area and pools. The villas share the parking area of the property. The villas are separated by the private quarters of the staff that leaves yearlong on the property. The villas are semi-detached, however, with private swimming pool and private outdoor areas.
